Full Time Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper/Receptionist (Fairfax, Virginia)
Local company is looking to hire an administrative assistant / bookkeeper / receptionist for full-time 40 hour position. This job requires excellent customer service skills, organizational abilities and able to multi-task. Maintain company calendar, schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and attention to detail. Above average administrative skills. QuickBooks experience is required. Self starter who learns and adapts quickly.
Must have the following skills:
Excellent English grammar written and verbal skills
Good attention to detail and organized
Great customer service skills and handle situations with tact
Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel)
Bookkeeping (A/R, A/P, payroll) QuickBooks experience is mandatory.
Duties include overseeing and managing all office procedures and other tasks.
Must project a professional company image through in person and phone interaction.
Works well with others alone or in a team.
