Full-Time Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper/Receptionist (Fairfax, Virginia)
Local company is looking to hire an administrative assistant/ bookkeeper/receptionist for a full-time 40-hour position. This job requires excellent customer service skills, organizational abilities and able to multi-task. Maintain company calendar, schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and attention to detail. Above average administrative skills. QuickBooks experience is required. Self-starter who learns and adapts quickly.
Must have the following skills:
Excellent English grammar written and verbal skills
Good attention to detail and organized
Great customer service skills and handle situations with tact
Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel)
Bookkeeping (A/R, A/P, payroll) QuickBooks experience is mandatory.
Duties include overseeing and managing all office procedures and other tasks.
Must project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Works well with others alone or in a team.
